A memorandum of cooperation between the Donbas Fuel and Energy Company and the US Agency for International Development was signed in Donetsk (East Ukraine) today, the company's press service reported.
In the course of the next year, the company and the USAID will be providing methodical and consultative support to municipal councils of the cities hosting the company's enterprises in the drafting of strategic plans for economic development at the local level, and improvement of investment climate.
The Donbas Fuel and Energy Company is the first private vertically integrated energy company of Ukraine, which incorporates enterprises for the extraction of coal, generation and supply of electricity.
